Refund policy

I offer a 14-day legal return right on all items: originals, editions, prints and the book. This is your legal right as a buyer in Norway, the EU and other regions.

If an item arrives damaged or faulty, that's on me and we'll find a solution together. Just email a photo and a description to me on info@zanetastudio.com and we'll sort it.

For other returns within 14 days, you pay return shipping to Norway and I'll refund once it arrives. I'll give you the return address by email when you get in touch.
I'm a one-person business working with art, not a big commercial company, so I really appreciate being mindful about returns if not necessary.
